Wendy Davis San Francisco real estate agent

Meet Our Team Leader

Our Market Center has seen some incredible growth over the past year through high-profile mergers, droves of talented agents joining our brokerage, new offices opening, and tons of innovative training events. With all this growth and excitement, the time has come for us to bring in a seasoned KW Team Leader to take the reins and guide us toward new heights in the months and years to come.

Enter our brand new CEO/Team Leader, Wendy Davis!

Currently the #1 recruiter in the Inland Empire area of Southern California, Wendy brings 14 years of real estate experience to our team, with 7 years as a CEO and Coach at Keller Williams. She’s built and coached many teams in Southern and Northern California throughout her career, opening 3 Keller Williams Franchises in 3 years.

Wendy looks to “hit mastery in everything” she does, so we can’t wait to see what she can do for our Market Center.

We had the chance to ask her a few questions to get a peek into her perspective as she steps into this new role.

What excites you most about the Bay Area?

The vibe of the city and the people is new and exciting. San Francisco is known as one of the top cities people move to, and I am now going to be a part of it. I’m excited to use the Keller Williams expansion model and watch KW expand through the Bay Area, nationwide, and globally.

What initially drew you to this position with Keller Williams?

What initially drew me to this position 7 years ago was the culture of the company. Gary Keller, KW’s Co-Founder, said “Productivity is Culture”–I thought this was an interesting approach and I was really drawn to that idea. The Team Leader position gave me the opportunity to work with a company that is #1 in training in all industries, the opportunity to inspire and help other real estate professionals launch their businesses and franchises, and I’ve been able to help agents build their teams. As an entrepreneur, I’ve had chance to own multiple companies under the KW business platform, which has helped a lot in my growth as a businesswoman.

As a recruiter, what would you say is the most important piece of advice can give to a new agent or anyone interested in a real estate career?

“Who you are in business with matters.” I’d say understanding that concept is the most important advice I can give to an agent, as it can drive the success behind your business (in any industry). I’d also tell them that whatever you want is only 5 years away if you have the right environment, coach, and strategic business plan.

What are some of the most important aspects you look for in a new KW recruit?

1. Attitude (Attitude is more important to me than skill set or resume)

2. Tenacity

3. Perseverance

4. Commitment

5. Focus

6. Work ethic

7. Are their values and belief systems a match with KW?

If you’re interested in a career at Keller Williams San Francisco, or if you’re looking to buy or sell your home, stop by our office to meet Wendy and she’ll put you on the right track…
