A Culture of Abundance

Our Mission: To build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, and LIVES worth living. Our unapologetic devotion to our agents as business owners and family is the driving success behind our success, and yours.

KW Cares

KW Cares is a 501(c)(3) charity founded in 2003 to support Keller Williams associates and their families worldwide through unexpected hardships. Through the incredible generosity of our associates, we are able to support our own during national, regional, local and personal crises.

In September, 2017, KW Cares organized Mega Relief, a week long, company-wide, disaster relief campaign to clean and rebuild the areas affected by Tropical Storm Harvey.

KW Kids Can (KWKC)

Keller Williams aims not only to enrich the lives of its associates, but also of their families. Envisioned by Gary Keller, KWKC is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that brings Keller Williams’ strengths in education and training to the next generation of entrepreneurs and world leaders. KWKC is committed to providing our youth with powerful learning experiences that inspire big thinking, promote wealth building and instill a passion for generous giving.

Red Day Keller Williams San Francisco

RED Day

Inaugurated in 2009, RED Day (Renew, Energize and Donate) is Keller Williams Realty’s annual, company-wide day of community service. Keller Williams associates are asked to “give where they live” and dedicate a day to renewing and energizing the communities they serve.

A Cultural Case Study

“Keller Williams believes that agents are stakeholders in the success of the market center and therefore should share in decision making. Together, they [top agents and office leadership] jointly make office decisions relating to financial planning, recruiting and retention, marketing and advertising, training, technology, social events, and philanthropic giving.”
